Job OverviewThe Talent Management Manager will support a variety of Middle East Talent Management and core HR process projects, with specific responsibilities in overseeing key talent development and assessment programs, owning talent data and HR systems, and partnering with HR/COE teams in talent growth and development. The role will play a key part in the ongoing execution of PepsiCo's developmental leadership assessments and use this data to inform decision making. Key customers and stakeholders include: Division HRVPs, HRBPs and Senior Leaders, and HR Operations.
