About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist to support the planning, development, and execution of initiatives that drive employee growth, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working across different functions to help shape a high-performing and future-ready workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, rollout, and evaluation of talent management programs including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR teams to identify talent gaps and implement development plans for key employees.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee growth needs.
  • Conduct talent reviews and support the creation of career progression frameworks.
  • Gather and analyze talent data to monitor program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in driving engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen company culture.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and career development principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) is an advantage.
