Job Purpose
The Talent Management Specialist will be instrumental in the development and execution of programs aimed at attracting, retaining, developing, and engaging top-tier talent. This role encompasses various aspects of the talent lifecycle, including performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in organizational planning initiatives, including the creation and maintenance of organizational charts, reviewing roles and responsibilities, and drafting and updating job descriptions.

Ensure employee compliance with performance management processes, including annual performance reviews, goal setting, probationary evaluations, and employee development planning.

Develop and implement business processes and workflows that enhance HR efficiency.

Maintain and update company policies to ensure they align with legal requirements and organizational changes.

Manage recruitment needs by processing hiring requests and defining applicant qualifications based on job descriptions.

Post job openings on career websites, job portals, and university boards.

Screen and evaluate candidates' résumés, providing hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.

Coordinate and conduct interviews (both phone and in-person), overseeing the entire interview scheduling process.

Maintain complete and accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Communicate hiring decisions to candidates, ensuring a professional and timely response.

Stay informed about current recruiting methods and represent the company at job fairs and career events.
Key Accountabilities

Provide timely support during restructuring or headcount planning activities.

Track and report quarterly progress on employee development plans.

Maintain a centralized and accessible policy repository.

Ensure job postings are accurate and aligned with role requirements.

Track and report on source effectiveness, including application volume and quality by platform.

Ensure interview schedules and feedback forms are accurately maintained.

Guarantee that all stages of the recruitment process are auditable and transparent.

Maintain high candidate satisfaction scores through prompt and respectful communication.
Job Specification (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR-related roles.

Strong knowledge of Talent acquisition performance management, succession planning, and employee development best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.

Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
