Talent Recruiting Manager - Real Estate Sales Recruiter Manager

A well-established real estate brokerage in Southern California is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support company growth through strategic recruiting efforts. This role plays a key part in identifying and attracting high-quality real estate professionals and supporting internal hiring initiatives.

This position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work, with occasional in-office or zoom call collaboration as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales or real estate environments
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience
  • Active Real Estate Salesperson license (any U.S. state) required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment platforms
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer presentation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the CRM system
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate candidates and ensure alignment with company culture and business goals
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support employer branding initiatives
  • Share relevant updates on social media and digital platforms to enhance candidate engagement
  • Meet regularly with administrative and sales leadership to assess hiring needs
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies that support long-term retention
  • Present and discuss compensation packages with selected candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding processes in partnership with Learning & Development
  • Ensure necessary tools and resources are prepared prior to new hire start dates
  • Assist in updating job descriptions, interview guides, and recruitment materials

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $95,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Recruiting Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
