Job Description
Role Summary
The Talent Sourcer will be a critical member of PFA’s growing Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates across a high volume of open roles. You will partner closely with the Head of TA and Recruiters to ensure a steady flow of pre-qualified talent into our hiring process, keeping PFA ahead of demand rather than reacting to it.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development

Proactively source candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and niche communities

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume role types

Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates
Candidate Engagement

Conduct initial outreach and qualify candidate interest and availability

Maintain timely, professional communication with all prospective candidates

Track candidate status and pipeline health in the ATS
Process & Collaboration

Partner with the Head of TA to understand role priorities and ideal candidate profiles

Hand off qualified candidates to Junior Recruiters for screening and interview coordination

Contribute to sourcing strategy, channel effectiveness reporting, and pipeline metrics

Support continuous improvement of sourcing tools, templates, and outreach messaging
Qualifications
Required
-
1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a similar role
-
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing platforms
-
Familiarity with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
-
Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach
-
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open pipelines simultaneously
Preferred
-
Experience in a high-growth or healthcare-adjacent organization
-
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing automation tools
-
Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
