Talent Sourcing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Sourcing team . This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding, allowing you to work closely with HR professionals to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Support in employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and organized records.
• Assist in organizing recruitment drives, career fairs, and onboarding activities.
• Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition, diversity hiring, and market research.
• Provide administrative support, including interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Passion for HR and recruitment with a keen interest in employer branding and talent management.
