Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern, located in Islamabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities.
• Participate in the creation and posting of job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Support HR team members in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Assist with the preparation of employment offers, onboarding materials, and other hiring-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, compiling reports, and responding to candidate inquiries.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Internship
