About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Taskade Coordinator / Project Assistant who can listen to meeting recordings or summaries from our closer (sales/client communication lead), understand the client’s requirements, and accurately update everything inside Taskade. Your job is to convert client discussions into clear tasks that our WordPress developers can follow.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, fluent in English, and comfortable using platforms like Taskade, Slack, Notion, or project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Review meeting notes, summaries, or recordings from the closer and understand client requirements clearly.
• Create, organize, and update tasks inside Taskade so the development team knows exactly what needs to be done.
• Break down client requirements into clear, actionable steps for designers and developers.
• Ensure all tasks include proper details, deadlines, and resources.
• Communicate with the team when clarifications are needed.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to avoid misunderstandings or rework.
• Follow up on pending tasks and keep the Taskade workspace updated at all times.

Requirements

• Strong English comprehension and communication skills.
• Experience using Taskade or similar tools (Slack, Trello, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand client needs from notes or recordings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, organized task descriptions.
• Basic understanding of WordPress workflows is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Evaluation Period

• A1-week practical evaluation will be conducted using real project tasks
• Successful candidates will be hired within the next 1–2 weeks
• Candidates who do not qualify will still be paid for the days they worked
