Tax Call Center Rep.-Indiana-Onsite

We are seeking a Tax Call Center Representative to provide customer support and assist taxpayers with inquiries related to tax accounts, payments, and returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to tax-related inquiries (payments, returns, balances)
  • Review taxpayer accounts and apply payments accurately
  • Research and resolve issues related to unpaid or unfiled taxes
  • Update and maintain records in internal systems
  • Assist with billing, account closure, and documentation
  • Support investigations by gathering and preparing required documents

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of tax regulations and processes
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to handle tax-related inquiries and audits
