Job Title: Tax Call Center Rep.

Location: 100 N. Senate Ave., 2nd floor (West elevators) Indianapolis, IN

Duration:6+ Months

Responsibilities include:
Provide best-in-class customer service by phone and in written correspondence in a fast-paced call-center environment.
Enjoys Learning about a variety of procedures, including tax filing and payment requirements.
Apply knowledge acquired in training and utilize resources to analyze and problem-solve.
Respond to a variety of tax inquiries.
Access data utilizing basic computer skills.
Communicate professionally using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation both verbally and in written formats.
Comply with all ethical and confidentiality requirements.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.16 - $23.25 per hour

Work Location: In person
