Tax & Corporate Officer

Position Title:  Tax & Corporate Officer


Job Purpose:

To handle all taxation and corporate compliance matters, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file income tax, sales tax and withholding returns.
  • Manage corporate filings with SECP, FBR, and other regulators.
  • Handle tax assessments, audits, and correspondence with authorities.
  • Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and statutory records.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and NOC’s.
  • Monitor changes in tax and corporate laws and advise management.


Qualifications:

  • LLB / CA Inter / ACCA / ITP / MBA (Taxation / Corporate Law).
  • 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance and corporate affairs.
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan’s tax and corporate regulatory framework.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Salary Ranges from PKR 100,000/- to PKR 125,000/-
