Tax Preparer

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, well experienced and knowledgeable Tax Preparer to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of tax laws, accounting principles, and financial software, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing individual and business tax returns, providing clients with accurate and timely tax solutions. Candidates with experience in tax preparation for US based CPA firms are encouraged to apply. The position offers opportunities for growth in financial sales, marketing, and technical accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, small businesses, and corporations based in USA
• Utilize accounting software such as Drake or others for tax purposes
• Analyze financial documents to identify deductions, credits, and potential savings for clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and explaining complex tax concepts clearly

Experience

• Previous experience in tax preparation is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with tax software such as Drake
• Strong understanding of tax preparation processes and relevant tax experience
• Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks
• Experience in financial sales or marketing is a plus but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong math skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret complex financial information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Rs500.00 - Rs1,000.00 per hour
