Taxi Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced Taxi & Limousine Dispatcher to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 3, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be familiar with LimoAnywhere and have a proven background in dispatching within the limousine or transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and dispatch rides through LimoAnywhere
• Communicate professionally with chauffeurs and clients
• Monitor trip statuses and ensure on-time performance
• Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and urgent requests
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a limousine dispatcher is a must
• Strong working knowledge of LimoAnywhere software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Must be comfortable working from our Bahria Town Phase 3 office

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 55,000 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours: To be discussed during the interview
