Taxi Dispatcher

Globe Call Centre is seeking experienced and motivated Taxi/Cab Dispatchers to become part of our expanding team. If you have at least one year of hands-on experience in dispatch coordination — preferably in the transportation or cab sector — and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently assign vehicles in response to booking requests, ensuring timely dispatch and service delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust driver routes and schedules to guarantee on-time pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with drivers and customers, providing updates on delays, route adjustments, or other relevant information.
• Accurately document trip information, driver activity, and daily dispatch operations.
• Ensure all dispatch procedures align with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a taxi, cab, or transportation dispatching role.
• Familiarity with dispatch management software, GPS tracking systems, and routing tools.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to stay calm and think quickly under pressure.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
