Taxi Dispatcher

We are hiring reliable and professional Dispatchers to manage inbound calls, coordinate customer ride bookings, assign trips to drivers, track trip progress, and ensure smooth communication between customers and drivers.

You will be responsible for taking bookings, confirming pick-up and drop-off location details, monitoring trip status, updating system records accurately, and resolving issues during the trip in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls and chat support for bookings
• Assign trips to available drivers based on location and availability
• Monitor driver routes, trip completion and ensure on-time pick-ups
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers & management
• Maintain booking sheet logs & update system data accurately
• Manage priority bookings, party bookings, hotel flat-rate accounts etc.
• Report daily issues, delays, and special cases to supervisors
• Follow company SOP, maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work night shifts (Canada & USA time zones)
• Fast typing speed + good call handling skills
• Must be punctual, responsible and consistent with attendance
• Dispatch / Call center experience preferred but not mandatory
• Computer / Laptop + Reliable internet connection is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore Ferozepur Road: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Taxi Dispatch: 1 year (Preferred)
• Taxi or Truck Dispatch: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
