We are hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) / Operators to work for a Taxi Company based in the United Kingdom.

Job Title: Taxi Operator & Dispatcher

Location: PWD, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-Time (Shift-Based)

Pay: PKR 300 – 400 per hour

Maximum Hours/Week: 40 hours

Job Description:

We are hiring a Taxi Operator & Dispatcher to join our call center team based in PWD, Rawalpindi. This is a shift-based role with a maximum of 40 working hours per week. The ideal candidate must have prior experience dispatching and operating in the(UK) and be able to manage bookings, coordinate with drivers, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries for drivers, ensuring optimal routes are taken.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in heavy lifting and loading/unloading of goods as required.
• Monitor vehicle performance and ensure that all vehicles are maintained in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members to improve dispatch processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dispatch Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Valid commercial driving licence is advantageous; experience as a van driver or delivery driver is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with drivers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift.
• Proficient in using dispatch software and technology for tracking deliveries.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Requirements:
UK returnees preferred.Must have past experience in the UK and the ability to communicate effectively with people in the UK.
