Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process Coordination: Support the execution of global talent cycles, including performance ratings, annual evaluations, and promotion cycles, ensuring all data is accurate and deadlines are met.

  • International Mobility Support: Assist in the administrative management of internal transfers and international assignments between Madrid, New York, and other global hubs.
  • Compensation & Benefits Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Compensation team during salary review cycles and help gather market data for job evaluations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Learn and support the monitoring of EU and U.S. labor law requirements, including specific financial regulations (such as CRD IV) that impact remuneration in the banking sector.
  • Employee Inquiries: Serve as a first level of support for employee inquiries regarding T&C policies, benefits, and local procedures, escalating complex issues to Senior Advisors when necessary.
  • Project Assistance: Support T&C Advisors in ad-hoc projects related to organizational development, culture initiatives, and engagement surveys.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a comfort level with data and HR systems.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is highly preferred given the frequent coordination with the Head Office in Madrid.
  • Proactivity: A "can-do" attitude with a high level of curiosity to learn the complexities of Investment Banking and global HR regulations.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with the utmost integrity.
