Role Summary:

A teacher is responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students. Duties include assigning homework, grading tests and documenting progress. Teachers must be able to instruct in a variety of subjects and reach students with engaging lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans under the school's curriculum.

· Create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment that promotes active learning.

· Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students.

· Conduct daily lessons and activities that cater to the educational and emotional needs of students.

· Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of children in the classroom.

· Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom discussions and activities.

· Maintain discipline and order in the classroom.

· Create a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere that supports the social and emotional development of students.

· Address behavioral issues with empathy and effective classroom management techniques.

· Regularly assess and evaluate student progress.

· Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments.

· Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.

· Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities in parent-teacher meetings.

Qualification / Education / Experience

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
