Happy Days Childcare in Highland, IN is looking for childcare workers to join our 23 person strong team. We are located on 2645 Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities
• Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents
• Assist in preparing food and serving meals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sterile environment
• Assist with lesson plans and activities to promote academic and developmental growth

Qualifications

• Lead Caregiver- CDA or Background in Education; proven experience
• Assistant Caregiver- Proven experience in this field
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Great attendance and open availability
