Teacher cum Clinical Supervisor - Female

Responsibilities, Deliver lectures and tutorials in accordance with the midwifery curriculum.Supervise and mentor students during clinical practice in hospital and community settings.Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their academic growth.Ensure clinical training is aligned with best practices, institutional standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with faculty members to continuously improve teaching methodologies and clinical training.

Requirement, BSN or Diploma in Midwifery from a recognized institution.Preference will be given to candidates with Post RN BScN, or advanced degrees in Midwifery/Nursing.Valid PNC License (mandatory).Strong teaching, clinical, and supervisory skills.Excellent communication and mentoring abilities..
