Job Description:

Titan, a leading company in the field of automation solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the TEAL-Assistant Manager - Finance. This is a regular/ permanent position within our Commercial department, based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for the Commercial department
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a commercial setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of automation solutions industry is a plus
