Position Summary

The Team Assistant provides essential clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the imaging center. This role supports department leadership, clinical staff, and patients by maintaining organization, managing schedules and documentation, and contributing to an efficient, patient‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized files, statistics, and reports to ensure accurate information retrieval
  • Prepare charts, graphs, and presentation materials; track progress of special projects
  • Manage and update departmental databases
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and classes, including materials, minutes, refreshments, and travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with department and support teams to improve office efficiencies
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance in accordance with Orlando Health policies
  • Ensure compliance with all Orlando Health policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Education & Experience Requirements

Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years of clerical or secretarial experience
Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
