Team Assistant/Logistic Coordinator (Arabic speaking)

Work Location: Kuwait – Client Head Office
Contract Type: Contract (6–12 months, extendable)
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours + 2

Salary: 450 KWD per month (all-inclusive)

About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized leader in industrial automation and digital solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller with a logistics background to support operations at its Head Office in Kuwait. The role focuses on effective document control, compliance with internal standards, and coordination of logistics-related documentation. Arabic proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain document control procedures in line with company policies and project requirements
  • Manage the receipt, registration, classification, distribution, and archiving of logistics and operational documents
  • Ensure document accuracy, version control, traceability, and timely circulation to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, operations, and administrative teams to ensure documentation completeness and compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and security of all controlled documents
  • Prepare document registers, reports, and status updates as required by management
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews by providing accurate documentation in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or project-based environments
  • Mandatory proficiency in Arabic (written and verbal); working knowledge of English is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with document management systems is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a corporate environment
