Job Title: Team Lead Assistant / Digital Records Assistant

Location: Lahore (Onsite – relocation required)
Job Type: Contract / Project-Based

Pay People is looking for a resource in Lahore to support its digitalization project. We need a responsible person who can handle document scanning work and also manage a small team and relocate with in Punjab food residence and travel expense will be provided.

The role includes converting physical files into digital records in an organized and secure way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the scanning team
  • Scan documents using scanners
  • Sort, label, and organize documents properly
  • Check scanned files for quality and clarity
  • Rename and save files in an organized manner
  • Upload documents into the system
  • Keep record of daily work
  • Handle documents carefully and maintain confidentiality
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth workflow
  • Share daily/weekly progress updates
  • Requirements
  • Intermediate or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2–3 years' experience in data entry / scanning / records work
  • Team handling experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
  • Able to use scanners and handle basic technical issues
