Alahly Momken for E-Payments is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior / Team Lead Database Administrator to join our Database Team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle and SQL Server database environments.
  
• Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
  
• Plan, implement, and validate database backup and recovery strategies (including RMAN and Data Guard ).
  
• Ensure high availability, security, and integrity of databases.
  
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design efficient database structures, schemas, and SQL queries.
  
• Diagnose and resolve database-related issues such as configuration errors, connectivity problems, and data inconsistencies.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Database Administrator (Oracle and SQL Server).
  
• Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and high availability concepts.
  
• Experience with database backup/recovery strategies including RMAN and Data Guard .
  
• Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters)
  
• Applying Oracle security patches and handling database upgrades
  
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL programming .
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
