Team Lead Digital Agency

We are looking for a Team Lead who has solid experience working inside a digital agency. You should understand how an agency runs, how to guide a group of specialists and how to keep client work moving without confusion.

The role requires a strong grasp of marketing strategy. You need to know how to plan campaigns, read performance data and turn it into clear next steps. You should be comfortable working with paid ads, search engine work, content planning and general performance optimization.

What you will do

• Guide a small team and support their day to day work
• Build and refine marketing plans for clients
• Oversee paid media work across major platforms
• Review search performance and direct SEO improvements
• Work with clients and present clear recommendations
• Keep projects organized and delivered on time

What you need

• Experience leading projects in a digital agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy
• Hands on experience with ads, SEO and analytics
• Ability to explain complex issues in a simple way
