Team Lead- International Travel Agency

We are hiring a Team Lead for our International Travel Agency - Travel Hope,
who is highly motivated and has exceptional communication skill in handling
International packages. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to
manage, mentor, and guide our travel consultants in delivering exceptional
international travel services. The Team Lead will ensure operational excellence,
meet sales and service targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
by coordinating with global partners.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise a team of travel consultants to achieve business goals.
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the international travel desk.
· Ensure timely and accurate handling of bookings, ticketing, visas, and travel
documentation.
· Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other
International partners.
· Monitor performance, also provide feedback, and implement improvement
plans.
· Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge on destinations, products,
and systems.
· Coordinate with management to align team objectives with company goals.
· 1-2 years of experience in an International travel agency in a management role.

Requirements & Qualifications
· Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Strong knowledge of International travel processes.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
· Knowledge of the industry’s best practices and trends for team management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Ability to handle pressure and manage team performance effectively.
· Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
