This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Team Lead Operations at Abacus Outsourcing. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, managing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Team Management, and Operations Management skills
• Business operations experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
• Experience in the BPO or consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
