Team Lead PHP Laravel Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PHP developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle – from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure PHP applications (using frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter).
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of deliverables.
• Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex programming challenges.
• Manage version control, branching, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with emerging PHP technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation of code, processes, and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or senior developer role.
• Strong expertise in PHP 7/8 and modern PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred).
• Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and OOP principles.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus).
• Proficient in Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
