About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead, RCM to manage billing operations focused on NeuroPsych, TMS, and Spravato services for U.S.-based healthcare practices. This role requires hands-on expertise in the full revenue cycle along with the ability to guide a team, ensure accuracy, and maintain consistent performance.

You will oversee billing workflows, support team members, and ensure claims are processed efficiently from submission through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day RCM operations for NeuroPsych, TMS, and Spravato billing
• Manage the full revenue cycle including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-ups
• Review and resolve claim denials and rejections
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Train, support, and guide team members on billing processes and best practices
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with payer requirements
• Generate and review reports to track KPIs and identify gaps
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and operational issues

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of recent experience in U.S. billing for NeuroPsych, TMS, or Spravato services
• Strong understanding of the complete revenue cycle management process
• Hands-on experience with CollaborateMD
• Prior experience handling denials, AR follow-ups, and claim resolution
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi during the specified shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers or billing companies
• Familiarity with payer guidelines specific to mental and behavioral health

Compensation

• PKR 150,000 to 200,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications

Work Environment

• Onsite role based in Karachi
• Structured night shift aligned with U.S. operations
