This position within Alternate Distribution Channel is responsible for overall Profit & Loss of the assigned distributors /areas. He/she will also be responsible to bring on board new Business partners/ retail base and ensure revenue targets are achieved by taking complete responsibility of all the related tasks / operations
Duties and Responsibilities:

Custodian of entire Alternate distribution Channel for Easypaisa Bank in the assigned areas

Leading a team of distributors and BDO’s ensuring their continuous growth and development

Expansion of retail footprint through induction of an optimum number of business partners across the assigned areas

Visits to the market to identify the opportunities and plugging the gaps through a diverse set of distributors / affinity partners

Smooth implementation of registration process of business partners / distributors
-
End to end execution of trade marketing activities in the areas

Ensure smooth retailer onboarding process (documentation as per SOP)

Opening of FS handlers accounts. (End to end)

Close coordination with BET at Easypaisa Bank

To arrange Product Training of the sales team and conducting the retailers training programs

Market and Distribution houses visits

Retailers Mapping & areas alignment between distributors

Custodian of retailer’s data for ample market visibility

Achievement of the regional business targets

Responsible of the overall Profit and loss of the distributors

Continues addition of retail footprint for Business partners in areas
