Team Lead Sales Agent

Team Lead Sales Agent – Logistics

Ravisn LTD is seeking a results-driven Team Lead Sales Agent to support and expand our international logistics and freight forwarding operations. This role is focused on lead generation, client engagement, and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales leadership team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and research potential clients including importers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and SMEs
  • Build targeted lead lists using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and online business directories
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn messages

Lead Qualification & Meeting Scheduling

  • Ask qualifying questions to understand shipment requirements (route, volume, timeline, and budget)
  • Schedule meetings and calls for the Sales Manager or Management Team
  • Collect essential shipment details such as origin, destination, cargo type, and weight/volume

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate lead records in Google Sheets or CRM systems
  • Track lead progress (New, Contacted, Interested, Meeting Booked, Closed/Lost)
  • Prepare and share weekly activity and performance reports

Coordination & Follow-Ups

  • Coordinate with operations and quotation teams to support the sales process
  • Follow up with interested prospects until closure or final decision

Experience & Requirements

  • Fresh candidates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, B2B, logistics, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel

Required Skills

  • Confident and professional English communication
  • Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital outreach
  • Sound understanding of sales fundamentals and objection handling
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and able to follow scripts and SOPs

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

  • Prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation or cold email campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of shipping terms such as Air Freight, Sea Freight, DDP/DDU
