This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead / Site Supervisor Technician based in Dam. The selected candidate will oversee daily technical operations, lead and mentor the technical team, and ensure the smooth execution of projects on-site. Responsibilities include maintaining and servicing generator systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that installations meet international quality standards. The role also requires maintaining records, adherence to safety protocols, and managing timelines to deliver efficient, high-quality services.

• Technical expertise in generator systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Ability to lead and oversee a team of service engineers and technicians
• Strong understanding of installation procedures and international quality standards
• Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and maintaining logs
• Understanding of safety and compliance protocols
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in industrial or commercial generator operations is a plus
