We are looking for a highly experienced Creative Manager to lead and evolve our design function across digital products, SaaS platforms, and scalable brand ecosystems. This is a leadership role requiring a balance of creative vision, product thinking, and execution oversight. The ideal candidate brings a holistic design perspective — not limited to UI/UX or traditional branding — but rooted in digital product environments, solution design, and delivery at scale. You will be responsible for shaping how our products are conceptualized, designed, and experienced, ensuring alignment between brand, product, and business strategy.
Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall creative and design vision across all digital products and platforms

Lead the integration of brand, product design, and user experience into a unified ecosystem

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap

Own and oversee end-to-end creative direction, ensuring quality from concept through delivery and iteration

Establish and scale design systems, frameworks, and governance models for consistency and efficiency

Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, scalable design solutions

Act as a key stakeholder in product and business decision-making, not just design execution

Define and track design KPIs and success metrics (e.g., usability, adoption, engagement, conversion)

Drive design-led innovation, identifying opportunities to improve products and create competitive advantage

Align creative direction with market positioning, customer needs, and business goals

Collaborate with leadership to shape product vision, GTM strategy, and user experience direction

Build, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary design team (product, visual, interaction, brand)

Establish clear team structures, roles, and career progression frameworks

Foster a culture of ownership, critique, and continuous improvement

Lead hiring, performance management, and capability development within the design function

Ensure seamless design-to-development handoff and alignment with engineering teams

Oversee design quality across all releases, ensuring consistency and scalability

Implement and refine design processes within agile or product-led environments

Manage multiple workstreams, balancing innovation with delivery timelines

Act as the design voice in executive discussions, influencing company-wide decisions

Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure brand consistency across product and communication channels

Represent the organization’s design vision in client, stakeholder, or external engagements (if applicable)
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field

A Master’s degree in Design, Business (MBA), or a related discipline is a plus

Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio along with formal education

10+ years of experience in design, with significant time in senior leadership roles

Strong background in digital product design, SaaS platforms, or technology-driven environments
-
Proven ability to lead branding initiatives within digital ecosystems (not traditional or print-focused branding)

Demonstrated experience aligning design with product strategy and business outcomes

Deep understanding of design systems, scalability, and product lifecycle management

Experience working in cross-functional leadership teams (Product, Engineering, Business)

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and creative leadership

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong working knowledge of prototyping and interaction tools like Framer and Principle

Experience contributing to or overseeing design systems using tools such as Zeroheight or Storybook
-
Familiarity with product and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion

Understanding of product analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to inform design decisions
