About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of compelling visual and marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative vision with project management expertise, ensuring all brand communications are engaging, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
As a Creative Manager, you will oversee creative projects from concept to completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide designers, content creators, and marketing professionals to deliver high-quality work that drives results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, content creators, and external agencies when required.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that support brand, marketing, and business goals.
- Oversee the creation of digital, print, social media, video, and advertising assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop effective campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and marketing.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in a creative leadership, creative management, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction and successful campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other creative tools.
- Experience managing creative projects, timelines, and teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and data-driven decision-making.
