Responsibilities

Master written, verbal and non-verbal language and conversation skills, grammar and fluency
-
Develop proficient typing speed and computer skills essential for customer service roles. Understand how to use different CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Order Management Systems (OMS)

Prepare for the recruitment process through mock interviews and weekly assessments
-
Demonstrate excellent communication, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation while communicating with others by the end of the program

Boost confidence and groom the candidate’s personality to professionally handle customer support and other customer-facing roles

Collaborate with top industry professionals and prepare to represent Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley Giants on a global scale

Candidate should be minimum Matric or O Levels pass. Bachelor’s degree or diploma would be a plus
