Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to ensure equipment maintenance and smooth operations.
• Manage production documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Qualification, Skills and Education

• Pharm D is required for this role.
• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with SAP or other production-related systems.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships and drive collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence principles.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
