Team Lead / Supervisor – International Call Center

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Lead – Call Center to manage our outbound calling team focused on lead generation for UAE clients. This is an office-based position at K Block, Johar Town, Lahore.
You will be responsible for leading agents who promote Web & E-Commerce Solutions, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and IT Support Services.
The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and skilled at managing people and performance in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 6–10 call center agents.
• Monitor daily call performance and ensure lead targets are met.
• Train and coach team members to improve communication and conversion skills.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy in lead qualification.
• Handle escalations and support agents in closing qualified appointments.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department for meeting scheduling and CRM updates.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales / lead generation
• 1+ year in a Team Lead or Supervisory role
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience using CRM software and reporting tools
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Familiarity with UAE market is a plus

What We Offer

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 (based on experience) + incentives
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat, half-day Sat)
