TSM (Territory Sales Manager) FMCG

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Plan and execute strategies to expand market coverage and increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure effective product placement, availability, and visibility across the territory.
  • Review sales reports, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Guide and support Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams to implement promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Result-driven with the ability to lead teams and deliver under pressure.
  • Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively within the territory.
