Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully managing high-performing teams. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Monitor and report on sales team performance, providing continuous coaching and feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales budget effectively.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Drive team training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of key sales deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Set individual performance targets for the sales team and ensure accountability through regular reviews.
  • Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.

Job Specification: Sales Manager

Education & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in sales management or leadership are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience in wholesale and domestic credit based business will be preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in reporting and documentation handling.
