Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully managing high-performing teams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- Monitor and report on sales team performance, providing continuous coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales budget effectively.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.
- Drive team training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of key sales deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and post-sale follow-up.
- Set individual performance targets for the sales team and ensure accountability through regular reviews.
- Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
Job Specification: Sales Manager
Education & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Professional certifications in sales management or leadership are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in wholesale and domestic credit based business will be preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in reporting and documentation handling.
