What you will do:Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple business verticals (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans in alignment with organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high productivity, effective pipeline management, and excellent stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and design proactive sourcing strategies.
Sourcing & Hiring Excellence- Drive innovative sourcing through professional networks, digital platforms, and talent mapping.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
- versee campus hiring, lateral hiring, and niche role recruitments.
- Ensure candidate experience excellence through transparent communication and process efficiency.
Data, Process & Analytics- Build and maintain dashboards to track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Analyze hiring data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Ensure ATS hygiene, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Report hiring progress and insights to leadership teams with clear action plans.
Stakeholder & Team Management- Partner with department heads to understand talent gaps and role requirements.
- Mentor, coach, and upskill team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with HRBPs for onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
- Represent the TA function in leadership discussions and strategy reviews.
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 3+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in agency or corporate hiring environments (preferably within digital, tech, or advertising domains).
- Strong expertise in tech and non-tech hiring, leadership hiring, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
