Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide our financial sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in financial products (credit cards, loans, investment plans), and the ability to drive performance through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies
• Generate reports and present team performance to management
• Build and maintain client relationships for key accounts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in financial services
• Strong understanding of financial products (credit cards, loans, investments)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
