Team Leader - Dubai Real Estate (Off Plan)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Dubai real estate market.
• Assist agents with client meetings, negotiations, and closing high-value transactions.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with RERA laws, company policies, and ethical business practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to execute lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market.
• Proven leadership experience — currently or previously handled a sales team.
• Strong understanding of Dubai property trends, communities, and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.
