About the Role

Bilivin Education is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in managing teams in the distance learning / online education sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or program advising and be capable of leading a team to achieve enrollment and student satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of program advisors/academic counsellors.
• Drive team performance to achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales, counselling, and communication skills.
• Monitor call quality, lead conversion ratios, and ensure adherence to processes.
• Handle escalated student queries and provide effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to optimize student experience.
• Prepare performance reports, track KPIs, and present updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in EdTech, Distance Learning, or Higher Education sales/counselling.
• Proven experience in leading a counselling/sales team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,941.17 - ₹56,729.46 per month
