Job Summary :-
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – Recruitment to oversee and guide our Non-IT recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, mentoring recruiters, and ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and performance goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques for Non-IT roles.
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with company hiring policies, labor regulations, and data protection standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching for the recruitment team to enhance their skills.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, job portals, and staffing partners.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and improve candidate experience.
- Provide regular hiring reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful recruitment outcomes.
