Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for off Plan Market Sales Team Leader position. The Team Leader will be responsible to build, inspire, and guide a high-performing sales team in our off Plan market Abu Dhabi office. If you have the drive, experience, and hunger to succeed — we want you on our team.

Job Perks

Basic salary: up to AED 10,000/month

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants to hit monthly targets

Prospect, network, and build strong relationships with clients

Support your team through negotiations and deal closures in Off Plan market.

Stay updated on market launches, trends, and competitor activity

Manage your team’s portfolio and sales process end-to-end

Collaborate with marketing and management to maximize lead conversion

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Off Plan Real Estate

Mentoring skills and Leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets

Proven track record of leading a team of 5+ agents

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Organized, driven, and team-focused

Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus)

Strong market Knowledge of Abu Dhabi
