Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Team Leader – Operations to oversee day-to-day business operations and lead a team for smooth execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Lead, guide, and motivate a team to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (sales, logistics, accounts, customer support) for seamless operations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and share performance insights with management.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and ERP/CRM tools.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
