Team Leader - Port Operations

The Team Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing all documentation related to the operations of the dry port. The Team Leader also ensures the accuracy, compliance and the timely processing of all operational documents, facilitating smooth and efficient Terminal Operations.

• Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
  
  Prepare, review, and manage all operational documentation, including container details, In & Out records, delivery orders, and other shipping line /customs related documentation.
  
  Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents, adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.
  
  Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all documentation.
  
  Regular yard inspection and supervision of ground ops
  
  Generate regular reports on operational activities, highlighting key metrics.
  
  Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of documents as needed.
  
  Assist in audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and records.
  
  Coordinate with various stakeholders, including shipping lines, transporters, and customers, to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  
  Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
  
  Address and resolve any documentation-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
  
  Comply with the requirements of the Abu Dhabi Ports health and safety Policies, Processes and Procedures
  
  Promote a culture of safety awareness among staff and stakeholders

Qualifications: Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/with specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of Port, Dry Port/ICD, and CFS operations .
Proficiency in Terminal Management software and other relevant IT systems.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Port Terminal, Dry Port/ICD or CFS operations and well versed with documentation procedures.
