Team Leader - PRO Services

Team Leadership & Management

· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Relationship Managers and PROs

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

· Organize team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and process improvements.

· Delegate tasks effectively and monitor workload to ensure timely completion.

Client Management & Advisory

· Serve as a senior advisor for clients, offering expert guidance on the most suitable business structure (e.g., Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore) based on their specific needs.

· Handle complex or high-priority client accounts and manage expectations.

· Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

· Resolve client issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

_ Business Development and Marketing Support_

· Develop the sales team to provide expert input during client pitches and achieve the monthly and yearly goals.

· Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop marketing strategies, maximizing revenue.

· Participate in industry events and network opportunities to represent the company.

· Identify opportunities to cross-sell other corporate services to existing clients.

Business Setup & Operations

· Oversee the end-to-end business setup process, from initial inquiry to license issuance.

· Ensure all documentation is correctly prepared by the team and submitted to the relevant government authorities (e.g., Department of Economic Development, Free Zone Authorities).

· Coordinate with internal departments such as finance and legal to streamline the setup process.

Requirements:

-Proven 4-5 years of Business Setup Industry Experience

-In-Depth Knowledge of UAE Business Setup procedures and regulations

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

-Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
