Premier Capital Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader with proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.

The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, drive property sales, and build strong relationships with investors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of real estate agents
• Achieve company sales targets
• Develop sales strategies and business plans
• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends
• Train and mentor sales team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate sales
• Proven record of closing property deals
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of Dubai property regulations and market trends
